The fan-favorite birthday game: your birth year picks a family name, your month and day pick the two syllables of your given name. Then see which idols share your name.
This is a game, not a naming service. Real Korean names are chosen by families, often with Chinese characters (hanja) picked for their meaning. Here the last digit of your birth year picks one of ten common family names (Kim, Lee, Park and others), your birth month picks the first syllable and your birth day picks the second. The syllables are ones you will see in many real names, like Min, Ji, Seo, Woo or Jin.
Korean family names come first, so "Kim Min-ji" is Min-ji of the Kim family. Curious who else was born on your day? Try which idol shares your birthday, or see what you would call your bias.
